Our program encompasses three days of academic sessions, where you'll have the chance to hear from world terroir experts presenting the latest in terroir research. These presentations are designed to offer valuable insights and foster a deeper understanding of the subject. Presentations will be in English with simultaneous translation into Spanish and vice versa.
The experience is enhanced with a field trip, offering a hands-on exploration of Mendoza's unique terroir, guided by knowledgeable local experts. The congress concludes with a closing lunch, a perfect opportunity for attendees to network and savor Mendoza's culinary delights.
